Yeerup River just outside


 Marlo on the Gippsland Coast

Yesterday the sun came out and we set off to explore Cape Conron which is approximately 18klms down the coast. We spent a couple of hours rock hopping between rock pools and had a picnic lunch overlooking a wonderful little bay.

On the way home we spotted a sign for a canoe launching spot and decided to investigate and discovered this wonderful river which is totally untouched. All motorised craft are banned and at spots you have to navigate around submerged trees and various other snags but the scenery is absolutely spectacular. Hope you like the pics.
